Environmental Sustainability Report 2025
Executive Summary
Overview
Building on the momentum of our inaugural 2024 report, our 2025 Environmental Sustainability Report reinforces our unwavering commitment to transparency and ethical operations. The positive reception from our key global partners—including H&M, Walmart, Carters, Next Retailer, Target, Primark, and George ASDA, Land mark Kmart, Tesco—has been a driving force in our mission to lead the industry in sustainable practices.
We remain steadfast in our conviction that financial growth and environmental stewardship are not mutually exclusive. Our success is a testament to the fact that economic prosperity can be achieved while protecting our planet and uplifting our workforce.
Key Achievements & Technical Milestones (2024)
⚡ Renewable Energy & Decarbonisation
We have significantly reduced our reliance on traditional power through a diversified green energy portfolio:
- On-site Generation: Our solar infrastructure generated 726,586 kWh.
- Off-site Procurement: Successfully secured 1,109,670 kWh through Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and 390 MWh via International Renewable Energy Certificates (iRECs).
- Emissions Reporting: In alignment with the GHG Protocol, we have expanded our transparency by reporting on Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions.
💧 Water Stewardship
Our circular water management systems have yielded substantial conservation results:
- Groundwater Preservation: Saved over 13,759 m³ of groundwater through innovative recycling.
- Industrial Recycling: Our specialized Printing Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) now facilitates water recycling for screen washing our supply chain 100% ZLD ETP plant.
- Sanitation Efficiency: Our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) successfully recycles water to cover 40% of toilet flushing requirements.
♻️ Waste & Social Responsibility
- Zero Waste to Landfill: Achieved through the implementation of comprehensive, factory-wide waste management protocols.
- Social Impact: Our commitment to superior working conditions was validated by successful Code of Conduct (COC) audits from leading buyers. We are currently implementing advanced safety and well-being initiatives based on these audit insights.
Certifications, Standards & Traceability
To ensure total transparency and product integrity, we have successfully updated and maintained a robust portfolio of globally recognized certifications:
- Environmental & Social Governance: HIGG Index (FEM & FSLM), SLCP, D&B ESG Reporting, and EcoVadis.
- Climate Action & Transparency: CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative), and comprehensive GHG Reporting.
- Operational Excellence: SMETA 4-Pillar Audit.
- Product & Material Standards: GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative).
We are also proud to announce our integration into the Higg Index community, allowing us to benchmark our performance and share verified results in our upcoming reporting cycles.
Strategic Future Initiatives
Sustainability is a journey of continuous improvement, not a destination. To ensure the long-term viability of our operations, we are focusing on:
- Automation & Efficiency: Investing in advanced automation to maximize factory capacity and operational precision, reducing resource waste.
- Data-Driven Decisions: We have implemented a sophisticated measurement framework to assess both direct and indirect impacts (Scope 1, 2, and 3). This data-driven approach will provide the foundation for our future circularity initiatives.
- Circularity: Actively developing programs to move from a linear "take-make-waste" model to a circular ecosystem.
